You can delay your next box or cancel your subscription any time before your next order is billed. To guarantee changes, please make all change by 11:59 pm EST the day before your bill date.
To Delay Your Next Box:
- Log in to your ButcherBox account
- Go to NEXT BOX
- Click RESCHEDULE and choose to delay your box 1 or 2 weeks or pick a specific date from the calendar. Make sure to save your changes. You should see your new Bill date on the Next Box page immediately to confirm your change. If you don't, try refreshing your page.
To Cancel your Subscription:
- Log in to your ButcherBox account
- Go to NEXT BOX
- Scroll down and click REVIEW OPTIONS under ‘Need to pause or cancel?” to go through the cancel subscription flow
