We recommend delaying your order when needed to match your schedule. You can use the default options to delay your delivery for up to 4 weeks, or use the calendar feature to pick any future date for your next delivery.
To delay or stop, visit BOX SETTINGS in your account page. At the bottom, beneath “Subscription Perks,” click “Delay Next Delivery” to delay your next box or “Stop Subscription” to stop your membership. You’ll then be prompted to answer a few, quick questions to help us understand how we can improve our products and better meet our members’ needs.
