You can delay your next box or cancel your subscription any time before your next order is billed. To guarantee changes, please make all change by 11:59 pm EST the day before your bill date.
To delay your next box, or pause your subscription:
- Log in to your ButcherBox account
- Go to NEXT BOX
- Click RESCHEDULE and choose to delay your box 1 or 2 weeks, or pick a specific date from the calendar. Make sure to save your changes. You should see your new Bill date on the Next Box page immediately to confirm your change. If you don't, try refreshing your page.
- Your subscription will remain active, and you will be billed on your next chosen bill date.
To Cancel your Subscription:
- Log in to your ButcherBox account
- Go to NEXT BOX
- Scroll down and click REVIEW OPTIONS under ‘Need to pause or cancel?” to go through the cancel subscription flow
- If you cancel your subscription, you will also lose your membership perks including Sizzle Society points, For Life and For A Year Offers, and Member Deals.
