Australia's grassland and the quality of their beef is exceptional. Australia is situated in a perfect climate to enable cattle to graze year round on pasture. Grass fed beef in Australia undergoes a stringent grading process factoring in attributes contributing to tenderness and flavor that are not considered in the US. In the US, language and labelling can also be problematic. Loose definitions mean that cattle eating grass pellets out of a bunker can qualify as 100% grass fed without ever seeing pasture or a real blade of grass. We are now working with US suppliers on bringing you meat with the same stringent standards for grass fed.
