You can unpause your subscription via your account page at any time prior to your invoice date (date you are billed) for your subscription box.
Click here to login to your account and follow the instructions below to unpause your subscription.
When your account is paused, it is noted on the top of your account page in red:
To unpause your subscription click EDIT next to your upcoming/paused invoice date:
You will see your pending unpause date at the top next to Your bill date. Chose the month you would like to resume using the ← → arrows, chose the date you would like to be invoiced next, then click OK to save:
A box will pop up confirming your billing date has been successfully updated:
