For recurring orders, the date that you first purchased a subscription will be your bill date unless you change your bill date in your account. Your recurring bill date depends on the frequency you choose, recurring either every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks from your bill date.
To change your bill date or frequency, visit BOX SETTINGS in your account.
Several days before your order is processed, we send you a series of reminder emails so that you have enough time to make changes to your order, pause, or cancel. Please make sure to check your spam folder and add support@butcherbox.com to your contacts list, or reach out to us if you aren't receiving our emails. Once you’ve been billed, the order is automatically processed for shipping, and we can no longer make changes. To make sure changes apply, please make your requests or changes by 11:59 pm EST the day before your next bill date.
