For recurring orders, you can change your box type and Custom Box selections any time before your billing date. If you’re subscribed to one of our curated box options (The Mixed Box, The Beef & Pork Box, The Beef & Chicken Box, The All Beef Box), you can add additional cuts to your order via add-ons and exclusive member deals. If you’d like full control over the cuts and meat you receive, we recommend switching to the Custom Box.
Change your box type
To change your box type, visit BOX SETTINGS in your account page.
- Under “Box Type,” select “Change Plan”
- Don’t forget to click “Save Changes” to update your box type
Change Custom Box selections
To change your Custom Box selections, visit BOX SETTINGS in your account page.
- Under “Box Type,” select “Edit Meat”
- Add your desired cuts by selecting “Add to Box” beneath that cut. To adjust quantity, click the “+” or “-“ signs
- Be sure to click “Save” to confirm your changes
