You may add special delivery instructions to your account by contacting us via phone, chat, or email. To ensure your instructions are applied to your next order, please contact us prior to your invoice date. Any updates made after your invoice date will be applied to the next invoice.
Deliveries are made via FedEx at this time. We recommend creating a free FedEx account to ensure your instructions are recorded with the carrier. Once created, you will be able to access the Delivery Manager option and store specific delivery notes and permanent instructions for all of your FedEx deliveries.
