Changing your frequency will take effect following your next bill date. Should you want your frequency change to take effect immediately, you will need to update your bill date in addition to your frequency.
To Change Your Delivery Frequency:
- Log into your account. Go to NEXT BOX and scroll down to your Subscriptions Plan and click EDIT.
- Click UPDATE CONTENTS under "Customize your Box." Then click into the Frequency box to choose a new frequency and click SAVE.
- The page should update immediately to reflect your new frequency after you save your changes. If it doesn't, try refreshing the page.
To Change Your Next Bill Date:
- From the same page, scroll up and click RESCHEDULE above "Customize your Box" and select CHOOSE A SPECIFIC DATE to pick a date on the calendar. Don't forget to press SAVE CHANGES when you're done.
- The page should update immediately to reflect your new bill date after you save your changes. If it doesn't, try refreshing the page.
