Please note that changes to your box frequency go into effect only after your next scheduled order. If you want the change to be effective immediately, please make sure to change both your box frequency and your upcoming bill date.
For example, let's say today is the 7th. Your next order is billed on the 9th. You change your delivery frequency to every 2 months. If you don't want to receive the ButcherBox order billed on the 9th, then you’ll need to change that bill date to the following month.
Change box frequency
To change your box frequency, visit BOX SETTINGS in your account page.
Click "Change Frequency" under “Frequency.” Be sure to click “Save Changes” after you select your desired box frequency.
Delay box or stop membership
As a member, you can delay or stop at any time before your next order is billed. There are no hidden fees or penalties.

At the bottom, beneath “Subscription Perks,” click “Delay Next Delivery” to delay your next box or “Stop Subscription” to stop your membership. You’ll then be prompted to answer a few, quick questions to help us understand how we can improve our products and better meet our members’ needs.
