Once your box ships, you’ll receive an email notification from support@butcherbox.com with tracking information. To track your order, visit ORDER HISTORY in your account page. If your box has shipped, you should be able to click on the tracking number provided.
Tracking information not there?
Please note that tracking information isn’t available until your box has shipped. If your box doesn’t have a tracking number yet, we may still be processing your order. It usually takes 1-3 days after your order is billed to ship your box. Once it ships, you’ll receive an email notification from support@butcherbox.com with tracking information, letting you know your order is on the way.
When will my box arrive?
Unless you specified your shipping week, your box will be delivered within approximately 2-5 business days from your bill date or the first time you place your order. Check out the graphic below for more information on our order timeline.

For recurring orders, the date that you first purchased a box will be your bill date. For example, if you bought a ButcherBox on the 1st of the month, your order will automatically be billed on the 1st of the next month and will arrive within the 2-5 day delivery window.
The date your order is billed is the same each month unless you change it. If there are only 28 days in the month, and your regular billing date is on the 29th–31st, you'll be billed on the 28th.
For orders that recur every 2 months, you’ll be billed on the same date on the corresponding delivery month.
