Not seeing any tracking information?
If your box does not have a tracking number yet, we may still be processing your order. Once your box ships, you will receive an email notification from email@example.com letting you know that your box has shipped. The email will also include tracking information on your box.
Unless you specified your shipping week, your box will be delivered within approximately 7 business days from your bill date or the first time you place your order. For recurring orders, the date that you first purchased a subscription will be your bill date. For example, if you bought a ButcherBox on the 1st of the month, your order will automatically be placed on the 1st of the next month and arrive within the 7-day delivery window.
