After assembling your box and checking out online, you’ll be brought to the confirmation page where you’ll be prompted to create a password. Once you create a password, you’ll be directed to your member account page.
If you don’t create your account via the confirmation webpage, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from support@butcherbox.com prompting you to set your account password.
Existing members
To recover your password, please visit the sign in page.
Click on "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address in the pop-up box. If you receive an error notification, you may have entered your email address incorrectly.
If your email address is entered correctly, you’ll see a pop-up telling you to check your email inbox.
Within a couple of minutes, you'll receive an email from support@butcherbox.com with the subject line "Reset Your Password.”
Click the password reset link. You’ll be brought to the password reset page.
Enter your new password and click "Reset Password". You'll be taken to a confirmation screen and should now be able to sign into your account with your new password.
