In order to track your order, view our exclusive member deals, or make changes to your next box, you must create a ButcherBoxTM account. If you’re experiencing issues signing in, it may because you haven’t created an account.
Create your account
There are two ways you can create a ButcherBox account.
Confirmation web page
After ordering your box and checking out online, you’ll be brought to the confirmation page where you’ll be prompted to create a password. Please note that the email you used to sign up for your first ButcherBox is your username for the account and is what you should use to sign in. It will automatically populate in the email field of the account creation widget. Once you create a password, you’ll be directed to your member account page.
Confirmation email
Upon checkout, you should receive an order confirmation email from support@butcherbox.com. This email includes a link to create your account. Be sure to check your spam folders if you’re unable to find this email.
If you don’t create an account from the confirmation email, you should receive a follow-up email 1 day after you ordered a box.
Within the email, click the “Visit your account” or “Almost done” button. You’ll be prompted to create a password, and then you’ll be directed to your member account page.
