In order to track your order, view our member only deals, or make changes to your next box, you must create a ButcherBox account. If you are experiencing issues logging in, it may because you still need to create an account.
How do I create my account?
- Look for your order confirmation email. Upon checkout, you should have received an order confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org. This email includes a link to create your account. Be sure to check your spam folders if you were unable to find this email.
- Click "Create your account" button. Within the email, click the “Create your account” button.
- Create your password. You will be prompted to create a password and then you’ll be directed to your member account page.
Please note that the email you used to sign up for your first ButcherBox is your username for the account and is what you should use to log-in in the future.
