No, you do not need to be home to accept delivery. We recommend retrieving your order ASAP or within 6-8 hours of delivery. You’ll receive an email from us once your box ships and another once it's been delivered. You can also sign up for SMS delivery notifications or check the tracking from your account for more ways to keep track of delivery.
Please note that we can’t guarantee delivery of an order placed using a business or PO Box address. If your package is delivered to a business that is closed, the courier will not deliver the package until the following business day, and your order may defrost.
