Though you don’t need to be home for your delivery, we recommend retrieving your order ASAP. Don’t forget—all orders should be retrieved within 6-8 hours of delivery. You’ll receive an email from us when your box is at your doorstep.
Please note that we can’t guarantee delivery of an order placed using a business address. If your package is delivered to a business that is closed, the courier will not deliver the package until the following business day, and your order may defrost.
