View your shipping information
Once your order has shipped and is in transit, you'll receive an email from support@butcherbox.com with a tracking number and information on the status of your delivery.
This information will also be available in the ORDER HISTORY section of your account page.
Update your shipping information
To change your shipping information, visit PROFILE & PAYMENT in your account page.
Click “Edit” beneath “Shipping Address” and “Delivery Notes”. Don’t forget to click “Save” after inputting your updated information.
