Logging in is easy and secure with passwordless login.
What is passwordless login?
It is a secure way for members to access their account without creating or remembering a password. Instead, you'll verify your identity using a one time passcode sent via email or SMS message.
How does it work?
- Customers will log in using a one time passcode sent to their email.
- For those using Shop Pay, a one time passcode can also be sent via SMS.
Logging In:
- To login to your account go to Sign In. Then choose whether you want to continue with shop or with an email. If you click "Continue with Shop," you'll be logged in with your Shop credentials.
- If you choose an email that is associated with your Shop credentials, this will also provide the option to "Continue with Shop".
- If you do not want to "Continue with Shop", they can click "Use email instead"
- If they select "Use email instead" and have a Shop account, they'll be presented with both options. To use email, they should click the green Continue button.
- A 6 digit code will be sent to the email if you chose to "Use email instead" or via SMS to your associated Shop phone number if you choose "Continue with Shop"
- Enter the code and click Submit to log into your ButcherBox account. If you have any issues please contact ButcherBox Customer Support for assistance.
